We are seeking a qualified and motivated Administration Officer to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform general administrative and office support activities.
· Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems.
· Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting documentation.
· Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external parties.
· Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes.
· Assist in HR and finance-related administrative functions.
· Update and maintain the company website with current information, announcements, and documents.
· Any other assigned duties by immediate superior
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma
· Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR/Admin/Marketing or any related field
· Own Transportation and able to travel if required
· Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
· Good interpersonal and communication skills with sense of urgency, task oriented and possess initiative.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
· Responsible, well-organised, and able to work independently.
· Physically and medically fit
