Your accommodation package at Equatorial is subject to the following terms and conditions: -

• Room is inclusive of daily International Buffet Breakfast

• Room allotment for conference is not applicable to the 3rd party booking

• Confirmation and booking guarantee must be made before 30th September 2009 thereafter room and room rate confirmation will be based on availability.

• Conference rate is applicable for stays from 01st – 08th November 2009.
  All room booking is required to be guaranteed by credit card

• Amendment to room reservations must be 3 working days prior to arrival. Failure to comply with this will result in a automatic cancellation fee based on the total number of room nights booked and forfeiture of the deposit paid.

• The Hotel also provided airport transfer service subjected to the following charges: -

• Limousine Transfer Charges

Airport to Hotel @ RM32.00nett per car / per way
Hotel to Airport @ RM29.00nett per car / per way

* Prior booking is required to be made and based on availability
* 50% surcharge will apply for pick up before 0700hrs and after 2300hrs.
