Please complete the online registration before September 16, 2009 to enjoy early bird registration rates. Online pre-registration will be open until October 10, 2009. Any registration after this date will be on site.
Registration categories and fees :
Malaysian participants are requested to contact the Secretariat for registration.
*Accompanying Person should be the family member of the delegate, limited to one (1) person per participant
**All Student and Media registration need to be made through the Secretariat directly. A photocopy of Student and Media ID will be required to be faxed to Secretariat and the original shown at the conference registration
